📦 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to residential and office addresses within mainland Singapore only.

We do not deliver to restricted areas, including Jurong Island, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, ports, offshore islands, and restricted premises.

🚚 Delivery Charges

Free delivery is provided for all orders during this clearance sale.

🗓️ Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are carried out on:

No delivery is available on Sundays and public holidays.

⏳ Delivery Timing

Customers may select their preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout.

All deliveries will be fulfilled within the selected time window.
Specific delivery timing requests are not guaranteed.

🔁 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule delivery must be made at least 2 working days in advance via email at cs@therealgamer.com.sg.

All rescheduling is subject to availability.

❗ Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or access issues, a re-delivery fee of SGD $20 may apply.

🔧 Assembly Service

Assembly service is available at an additional $20 per item.
