Can I view your products in person?

    • Yes, you can! Email us at cs@therealgamer.com.sg to schedule a viewing at 39 Woodlands Close, Mega @ Woodlands, #08-66, Singapore 737856.

Should I measure the area before placing an order?

    • Yes, measuring is essential to ensure your item fits.

Why does the actual product colour look different from the website?

    • Photos may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or monitor display differences.

Can I place an order over the phone?

    • Orders must be placed via the website. However, we can guide you through the online order process to avoid miscommunication.

Where can I retrieve the order confirmation/invoice?

    • Order confirmation and invoices will be sent to your registered email address. For any issues, contact us at cs@therealgamer.com.sg. 

Do your products come assembled?

    • Yes, assembly service is available with a fee for each product.

Can I self-collect the product?

    • Yes, self-collection is available at 55 Tuas Crescent #04-01 S638743, Monday to Friday (10 am – 5 pm) and Saturday (10 am – 12 pm). One working day's notice is required.

Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?

    • Yes, we do. Share your purchase plan at cs@therealgamer.com.sg, and we will respond within three working days.

Can I store the item in your warehouse?

    • Free storage for 30 days is available from the confirmed purchase date. Storage fees apply after 30 days. Email cs@therealgamer.com.sg to inquire about storage costs.

What is the currency for my orders?

    • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

If the wrong item is delivered, what can I do?

    • Please email us at cs@therealgamer.com.sg for an exchange, keeping the item in its original packaging.

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

    • You can cancel one day before 10 am with a $100 handling fee deducted. Email cs@therealgamer.com.sg for cancellations.

Can I schedule my preferred delivery date and time?

    • Yes, during checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and time from two slots: 9 am – 1 pm or 1 pm – 5 pm.

Is there any delivery on weekends and public holidays?

    • We deliver on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm but not on Sundays and public holidays.

What if I cannot receive my goods on the scheduled delivery date?

    • Authorise someone to receive and sign off on your behalf. Ensure they check the condition before signing off.

Can I change my delivery date and time?

    • Yes, send a written email to cs@therealgamer.com.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 8885 9692 at least two working days before the delivery date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
