Should I measure the area I would like to furnish before placing an order?
Yes, definitely. We encourage all customers to take measurements. It is essential to make sure your item can fit into the lift. Items that cannot fit into the lift will incur additional costs for taking the staircase and are subject to schedule availability.
Why does the actual product color look different from the color shown on the website?
Please note that the photos may be slightly different from the actual item in color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
Can I place an order over the phone?
It can be placed via the website only. However, we can guide you to complete your order from the website to avoid any miscommunications that might happen.
Where can I retrieve the order confirmation/invoice?
Order confirmation and invoice will be sent to your registered email address. If you encounter any issues, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do your products come assembled?
Assemble service is available at $20 for each product.
Can I self-collect the product?
Yes, self-collection is available every Monday to Friday (not including Singapore public holidays) between 10 am – 5 pm and Saturday (not including Singapore public holidays) between 10 am – 12 pm at 55 Tuas Crescent #04-01 S638743.
Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?

Can I store my purchased item at your warehouse?
Yes, free storage of 30 days is available from the date of confirmed purchase. Storage fees will apply if you need to store for more than 30 days. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check for storage costs.
What is the currency for my orders?
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
If the wrong item is delivered, what can I do next?
You can drop us an email at email@example.com, and we will do an exchange. However, we also need your help to keep the item in the original packaging to the best you can.
Can I cancel my order before delivery?
Yes, you can cancel your order one day before 10 am. There will be a fixed handling fee of $100, which will be deducted from the purchased amount. Only cancellation via email is accepted. If you wish to confirm your cancellation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For customized or pre-order products, no cancellation is allowed.
Can I schedule my preferred delivery date and time?
Delivery is done only on Monday to Saturday (not including Singapore public holidays).
The delivery date and time are available to select on the shopping cart page.
Two-time slot is available for delivery:
- 9 am – 1 pm
- 1 pm – 5 pm
Is there any delivery on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver on Saturday from 9 am – 5 pm but not on Sundays and public holidays.
What if I cannot receive my goods on the scheduled delivery date?
If you cannot receive the goods yourself, you can authorize someone to receive and sign off the delivery order on your behalf. Just a gentle note, we will not accept any discrepancy reports after the order is signed off. Do make sure the person checks the condition before signing off.
Can I change my delivery date and time?
Yes, the delivery date and time can be changed with a written email sent to email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8885 9692 at least two working days before the actual date of delivery. Reschedule of deliveries is subject to delivery slot availability.
