⚠️ Clearance Sale Policy

This is a store closing clearance.
All items are available while stocks last and will not be restocked once sold out.
All sales are final unless the item is defective upon delivery.


📦 Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed through our website to ensure accuracy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Atome, and Grab PayLater.

Where can I find my order confirmation?
The order confirmation and invoice will be sent to your registered email address after purchase.


🚚 Delivery

Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free delivery for all orders during this clearance sale.

Can I choose my delivery date and time?
Yes, you may select your preferred delivery date and slot during checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We deliver on Saturdays (9 am–1 pm). No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes, please contact us at least 2 working days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What if I am not available during delivery?
Please arrange for someone to receive the item on your behalf and check its condition upon delivery.


🔧 Assembly & Product Information

Do the products come assembled?
Assembly service is available at an additional $20 per item.

Do I need to view the product before purchasing?
All product details and images are provided online. As stock is limited and fast-moving, we recommend placing your order early.

Why does the product colour look different from the website?
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and screen display differences.


🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed under clearance are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are final sale. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective upon delivery.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please email us at cs@therealgamer.com.sg immediately with photos. We will assist you accordingly.

Storage is limited during clearance. Please arrange delivery promptly after purchase.

All items are already heavily discounted for clearance, and no further discounts apply.
