Warranty

1. Coverage:

Our products come with a one-year warranty, starting from product delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or parts, excluding items purchased from clearance sales.

2. Remedies:

In the event of a covered defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective materials or parts. This ensures that you receive a product free from manufacturing faults.

3. Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or ageing of materials.
  • Damage from unauthorised modifications, additions, or failure to adhere to recommended assembly guidelines.
  • Damage caused by abuse, negligence, accidents, fire, water damage, transportation by the customer, or other causes beyond our control.
  • Damage caused by contact with animals.

4. Limited Warranty Conditions:

The Real Gamer reserves the right to:

  • Refuse warranty claims if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Determine the validity of any warranty claim.

5. Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Email your warranty claims and supporting documents, such as clear photos and videos of the alleged defects, to cs@therealgamer.com.sg.
  • Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in the rejection of the claim.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of discovering the defect.
  • Upon review of your initial claim, our customer service team will inform you to return the product to our designated warehouse for inspection. You will be provided with detailed instructions.
  • It is essential to return the product to the warehouse within 21 days of receiving the return authorisation.
  • The Real Gamer commits to completing the inspection within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Following the inspection, we will notify you of the outcome and the proposed resolution, whether it involves repair, replacement, or other appropriate measures.

6. Response Time:

Upon receiving your initial claim, we commit to acknowledging receipt within three working days and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.

7. Modifications to the Policy:

The Real Gamer reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at its discretion.
