⚠️ Clearance Sale Notice
All items sold under this store closing clearance are provided on a final sale basis.
No standard warranty applies to clearance items.
📦 Defective Items Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery.
If the item is found to be defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing cs@therealgamer.com.sg with clear photos or videos.
🔁 Resolution
Upon verification of the defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Arrange for a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Provide an appropriate resolution
❌ Warranty Exclusions
We do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic variations (e.g. colour differences due to lighting)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or self-assembly
- Damage after delivery has been accepted
📌 Final Acceptance
Once the item has been delivered and accepted, it will be deemed to be in satisfactory condition.
No further claims will be accepted beyond the stated notification period.
