What our warranty covers:

Our products have a warranty period of 1 year for defective materials or parts except items from clearance sales.


We will repair or replace all defective materials or parts.


Our warranty starts from the date you receive your product. 


What our warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear, or due to the ageing of materials.

The damaged product is caused by modifications, additions, or failure to follow the recommended assembly.

The damaged product is caused by abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer, or other causes beyond our control.

The damaged product is caused by contact with animals.

Limited Warranty:

The Real Gamer reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims if we have reasons to believe the claim is fraudulent and will be discontinued for the remaining warranty period.

The Real Gamer reserves the right to determine if any warranty may be claimed.

How to submit a claim?

Submit your warranty claims to cs.therealgamer@gmail.com

For your warranty claims to be effective, you must submit your claims within 14 days of noticing the defect.

Clear photos and videos of the alleged defects must be provided.

If you refuse to send us the pictures and videos we need to process your claim, wyou cannot substantiate or abandon your claim. 

Once we have received your email, we will reply within three working days.
