All items sold under this store’s closing clearance are final.
No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is confirmed.

All products are sold on a while stocks last basis and will not be restocked.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing cs@therealgamer.com.sg with clear photos.

Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or a solution, where applicable.

Customers (or authorised recipients) are required to inspect the item upon delivery.

Once the item has been accepted, it will be deemed to be in satisfactory condition.
